The house at Na Zátorce 16 (No. 1048) in Prague's Bubeneč district has belonged to the Soviet, later Russian, side since 1971; in the same year a cultural centre began operating here, today the Russian Centre of Science and Culture ('Russian House') under the Rossotrudnichestvo agency. The centre runs Russian language courses and film screenings. According to the Czech foreign ministry, the building is not among the properties recognised as diplomatic mission premises.

Дом на улице На Заторце, 16 (№ 1048) в пражском районе Бубенеч с 1971 года принадлежит советской, затем российской стороне; в том же году здесь начал работу культурный центр, ныне Российский центр науки и культуры («Русский дом»), подведомственный агентству «Россотрудничество». Центр проводит курсы русского языка и кинопоказы. По данным МИД Чехии, здание не входит в число объектов, признаваемых помещениями дипломатической миссии.
