A Beaux-Arts mansion built in 1908–1909 to designs by Hornblower and Marshall for the merchant Alvin Mason Lothrop; listed on the US National Register of Historic Places since 1988. The Soviet government leased the house from 1943 and purchased it from the Luttrell family in December 1975 to house the USSR Trade Representation. Until 2017 it housed the Trade Representation of Russia.
