1909Public buildings
A masonry church in the centre of a village that was then part of the Kingdom of Poland within the Russian Empire; according to Polish Wikipedia it was built in 1909 to replace a burnt wooden church, with funds from the Moscow merchant Klavdy Paskhalov, while the monument register dates the building to 1886–1905 (No. A/378 of 20 January 1990). From 1945 it was not used for worship and served as a warehouse. After renovation the church was reconsecrated in June 2022 by Archbishop Abel of Lublin and Chełm; it is attached to the parish of St. John the Theologian in Chełm.
