St. Onuphrius Church of the Jabłeczna Monastery

The main church of an Orthodox men's monastery on the Bug River, then part of the Russian Empire (Kingdom of Poland). The monastery, which never accepted the Union, came under the newly created Warsaw eparchy of the Russian Orthodox Church after 1834; in 1837–1840 a new Church of St. Onuphrius, monastic cells, a bell tower, service buildings and an enclosure were built in place of the dilapidated earlier structures (the monument register dates the church to 1838–1840). Two wooden chapels were built in the monastery in 1908. According to Polish Wikipedia, the monastery has had stauropegial status since 1999.
