A military church built in 1903–1905 together with the barracks complex in Hrubieszów, then part of the Kingdom of Poland within the Russian Empire. According to Polish Wikipedia, in 1918 it was converted into a Catholic church for the 2nd Mounted Rifles Regiment stationed in the town; in 1953 the church was closed and used as a military warehouse. In 1982 the building was restored and reopened as a parish church.
