A factory for KTP-1 self-propelled sugar-cane harvesters in Holguín. According to the Great Soviet Encyclopedia, in 1974 the plant was under construction with Soviet technical assistance. It was inaugurated on 27 July 1977; the local press describes it as a result of cooperation between Cuba and the Soviet Union.

Завод по выпуску самоходных тростниковоуборочных комбайнов КТП-1 в Ольгине. По сведениям Большой советской энциклопедии, в 1974 году завод строился при техническом содействии СССР. Открыт 27 июля 1977 года; местная печать называет его результатом сотрудничества Кубы и Советского Союза.
