Дворец культуры построен как дар советских профсоюзов вьетнамским (арх. Г. Исакович). Монументальная симметричная композиция из трёх корпусов — зрелищного, учебного и технического. Здесь проходят концерты, выставки и научные конференции.
A palace of culture built as a gift from the Soviet trade unions to their Vietnamese counterparts (architect G. Isakovich). It has a monumental symmetrical composition of three buildings — for performances, for education and for technical use. It hosts concerts, exhibitions and academic conferences.
