The railway station of the resort stop of Dubulti in Jūrmala (1977, architect I. Yavein) is a "Baltic wave" frozen in concrete. Its expressive curvilinear shell evokes the avant-garde of the 1920s and is considered one of the most striking examples of Soviet modernism in the Baltic region.
