The Slovak Radio building on Mýtna Street (architects Štefan Svetko, Štefan Ďurkovič and Barnabáš Kissling). The inverted pyramid was built starting in 1967 and completed in the early 1980s, and is one of the most striking examples of Czechoslovak architecture of the period. Inside is a concert hall with a large organ.

Slovak public broadcaster STVR article states final construction cost was 778 million Kčs (Czechoslovak crowns), nearly quadrupled from the original budget of 200 million Kčs. A separate SME article references a 1985 figure of 1.4 billion Kčs as the total budget of Slovak Radio that year (including operating costs), which is a different figure. The 778 million Kčs figure from STVR is the more specific and authoritative construction cost for the building itself.
