A four-storey Constructivist building, the result of an all-Union competition, designed by Andrei Kryachkov. It is distinguished by its clear L-shaped plan and by the correspondence of its facade design to the internal functional structure. It is an architectural monument on Krasny Prospekt.

Четырёхэтажное здание конструктивизма по итогам всесоюзного конкурса, проект Андрея Крячкова. Отличается чёткой Г-образной планировкой и соответствием оформления фасадов внутренней функциональной структуре. Памятник архитектуры на Красном проспекте.
