The first monolithic concrete "flying saucer" building in the USSR (1967, architect G. Pichuev). Its shell dome rests only along the perimeter, without internal supports; for the design the authors received a prize from the Council of Ministers of the USSR. It is one of the first Soviet circuses in the form of a hyperbolic shell.
