A key architectural ensemble in the centre of Norilsk, built to the master plan of the architect Vitold Nepokoychitsky, who adhered to the Leningrad school. The circular square is formed by three buildings along Leninsky Prospekt. The buildings, in the Stalinist Empire style, feature columns, arches and stucco; the city centre is often called "the polar Leningrad."

Ключевой архитектурный ансамбль центра Норильска по генплану архитектора Витольда Непокойчицкого, придерживавшегося ленинградской школы. Круглая площадь образована тремя зданиями по Ленинскому проспекту. Дома в стиле сталинского ампира — с колоннами, арками и лепниной; центр города нередко называют «полярным Ленинградом».
