1918–1919Public buildings
A wooden chapel in a cannery community, built in 1918 or 1919 to replace an older church. The original volume of about 21 by 16 feet was later lengthened, and a vestibule with a cupola and cross was added to the west wall. The building was listed on the US National Register of Historic Places in 1980; the Orthodox Church in America directory gives 1908 as the founding year of the community.
