A building within the Russian Compound in Jerusalem, erected in 1859–1864 to a design by architect Martin Eppinger for the Palestine Committee of the Asiatic Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry. The quadrangle with four inner courtyards housed the mission, a pilgrims' hospice and the house church of St Alexandra, consecrated in 1864. Since 1919 most of the rooms have been occupied by a court; the remainder houses the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission of the Moscow Patriarchate.
According to a September 2010 publication, the building is used by the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission, while about 70% of the premises are leased to the magistrates' court.
