The parish of Russian émigrés in Boulogne-Billancourt was founded by Metropolitan Eulogius. According to the parish website, in 1927 the town's Russian community of about 4,000 people financed the construction of the church, which was consecrated in 1930. The building was destroyed in a 1943 air raid and rebuilt on the same site in 1953 to a design by the architect Kirkwood. The church stands at 132 bis rue du Point-du-Jour.
