A women's monastic community of the Russian tradition, formed in 1938, settled in 1946 on an estate in Bussy-en-Othe that its owner, Professor Vasily Eliashevich, who had bought the property in 1935, donated to the community. Until 2000 services were held in a chapel arranged in a former sheepfold; the new Church of the Transfiguration, designed by the architect Georges Subovici, was built from January 2001 and frescoed in 2006–2007. Since 2005 the convent has housed the relics of St. Alexis of Ugine.

Женская монашеская община русской традиции, созданная в 1938 году, в 1946 году обосновалась в усадьбе в Бюсси-ан-От, которую её владелец, профессор Василий Ельяшевич, купивший имение в 1935 году, передал общине в дар. До 2000 года службы шли в часовне, устроенной в бывшей овчарне; новая Преображенская церковь по проекту архитектора Жоржа Сюбовичи строилась с января 2001 года и в 2006–2007 годах была расписана. С 2005 года в обители находятся мощи святого Алексия Южинского.
